Smart Cities must be a model of democracy and justice, for this we must generate spaces that promote intelligent citizenship, which gives meaning to intelligent and institutionalized solutions. Smart Cities point to the growth of people committed to their environment, using technology as a tool to guarantee the well-being of the population. Hence, technology is not what defines the Smart City, it is defined by creativity, in innovative ideas that facilitate the connection between government and citizens, outlining the notion of true intelligent citizenship.

Citizens in Smart Cities work based on firm, exemplary and imitable values, in order to advance in the creation of a model of intelligent citizenship that impregnates the individual conscience of citizens and political authorities of a more cooperative cultural redesign. and less indifferent to common situations.

Smart City as a geometric pattern of nature, means to include what is known as the “crack of shyness”. It is a behavior through which the trees take care of each other, thus avoiding shadowing and not competing for light. For trees, producing leaves is a great cost of energy, so a collision between the leaves of the tree next to it is an energy waste. Nature chooses the best and in it the law of the strongest does not always prevail, nature shows us how life works better if we collaborate.

Smart Cities become efficient and sustainable, capable of responding to the most basic needs. We can affirm that, in a cooperative environment, the trees acquire the form of fractals, these are found in other natural environments, such as coral reefs or flower crops. In contrast to the geometry used by man in construction with straight lines and uniform curves; Nature shows us what is the concept that we must acquire for the construction and development of the Smart City.

The structured action of nature corresponds in part to the individual initiative that promotes group and institutionalized value based on the parameters of the Smart City, but it is also the coordination or spontaneous formation of people with an institutionalized management approach to the flow of individual or group knowledge. It is a natural collaboration that acquires relevance in the current context of urban and cultural innovation of Smart Cities, where the borders of political hierarchy tend to be more permeable. The collaborative interweaving of knowledge corresponds to: training, facilitating, guiding, encouraging, motivating, communicating, modeling behaviors, creating culture and a long etcetera. These skills promote a greater commitment to the development of smart and sustainable cities.

The Smart City is a territory with a holistic component that includes safety, productivity, competitiveness, innovation, sustainability, entrepreneurship, participation, education and training; then we are talking about permanent education, participatory governance, reflective management and ethical commitment to developing social capital and environmental quality. The architecture of the trees must be the design of the Smart City, because nature shows us that leadership is not about being in charge, but about uniting through institutions that enhance the safety and well-being of citizens.

Thus we can define the Smart City, as a fabric of implex and continuum interactions, where new technologies open up the possibility of living in this efficient fabric of realities and solutions with possible experiences of writing them through intelligent institutions that prioritize benefit and well common.[1].
